Returns Policy


GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

1.      A required return merchandise authorization number is requested by customer

2.      Our returns department authorizes a return or exchange

3.      Customer sends back item and item is inspected

4.      A refund or exchange is given based on initial customer request

RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGE & RETURNS

In order to process your exchange and return effectively, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before sending any of our products back to us. To request a RMA number, simply contact our customer service department during office hours from 9:60 AM to 5:60 PM PST at 1-888-371-0232.


ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

1.      A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.

2.      All shipping and handling (S&H) freight charges (including return shipment fees) are non-refundable for all products.

3.      All return shipment must be prepaid with a tracking number.

4.      One RMA number per invoice.

Your RMA number is valid for only 14 days from the day issued. Your return shipment must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink/toner product must be returned at least 80% full. We inspect all returns with standard weight chart.



UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened merchandise may be refunded within 60 days of purchase. To receive a full refund (S&H excluded) product must be in its original sealed packaging.  If product is returned in open box (e.g. seal is pulled), a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. If unopened cartridges are returned after 60 days, but still within 365 days period of purchase, we will issue store credit or exchange of your choice.  Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.



OPENED MERCHANDISE
If you find that your toner/ink cartridge is defective it may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a replacement cartridge or store credit (exclude OEMs). Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. If within the 60 day refund or 365 days

exchange policy and your product is opened without a defective after our fully inspection, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. 

All non-defective or defective products must be returned with care to prevent damages to the products. We recommend bubble wraps, paddled cushion or air bags to prevent further damage to the products.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All defective products must be returned in the original packaging. Once the product is received it will be tested, if it is working properly, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. 

REFUNDS

CartridgeZoom.com offers a full 60 day money back guarantee on your purchase. The estimated time to process your refund is 7-14 business days upon the receipt of your return products. The credit transaction method is the same as the payment method.


EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not fit your new printer you may exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our 365 days return policy (exclude OEMs). If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange or refund.


If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please contact us for an RMA.  We will not honor any returns without an RMA number. Only products purchased from CartridgeZoom.com can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. CartridgeZoom.com is not responsible to process your request if products sent to us past our warranty period (365 days); or products that do not belong to our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement after inspection, it will be sent to a recycling center. Please be sure to contact us at 1-888-371-0232 for any product returning verification.


RESTOCKING FEE

A 25% restocking fee may be applied if the reason for the return is due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong item, or changing in item preference after the order is being processed, or returning non-defective products. In addition, if a product is returned back to us damaged or mishandled, this fee will apply too.


ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) CARTRIDGES 

Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer directly to verify the manufacturers' warranty coverage.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) CARTRIDGES FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.


SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that CartridgeZoom.com has shipped the wrong item.


PACKAGING & SHIPMENT ERRORS

If you received an incorrect item, please call us immediately at1-888-371-0232 so we may correct the error without any delay.


EQUIPMENT DAMAGE

We DO NOT accept any claims on part damages due to the misusage of our products. Each product we sell is thoroughly tested prior to shipping.  By our company standard, we do not ship any disqualified products. Therefore, we will not be held liable to any damages under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
