Order Tracking
Orders can be tracked by logging on to your CartridgeZoom account. Type in your email address and order number and you will be able to see the status of your order. We also provide an email confirmation with every order that is placed. This confirmation will include a tracking number so you can check the progress of your shipment. You can always track orders with one of our representatives by calling our toll free number.
CartridgeZoom accepts all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person, name, phone number, and email so we can send a confirmation of the order. Fax your PO to 626.371.0234 or mail it to our physical address below. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours. Payment is due 30 days from the purchase date.
